Therapy Rates

My standard rate is $155 per 50 minute session. I also offer a sliding scale, please reach out if you are interested but cost is a concern for you.

Assessment Rates

My rates for assessment vary depending on the case and your particular concerns and questions. That being said, I generally begin with a free 15-minute consultation and after that I can provide a quote. Generally speaking, my assessments begin at approximately $500 but, similar to therapy, I also offer a sliding scale.

• All assessments include an in-depth interview to tailor the assessment to your questions, a report and feedback session.

• Areas of functioning that I assess:

  • Cognitive Assessment/ Intellectual Functioning

  • Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder Assessment

  • Personality/ Complex Behavioral Assessment

  • Autism Assessment

Insurance

I am insurance for therapy only through the following insurances:

• Aetna

• Select Health - Colorado

• Quest Behavioral Health

• Anthem EAP

• Carelon Behavioral Health

I am an out of network provider for all other insurances. I am happy to provide SuperBills to submit to insurance.

The following questions for your insurance provider can help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit? 

• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
